I cater for all levels of fitness. I offer the option of training in a group environment or on a one to one basis. My objective is to help you achieve your goals whether that is to train for a specific event, weight loss, strength training,improve your posture and flexibility, recondition your body after pregnancy, or simply maintain your fitness levels.
Personal Training
One to one session in the gym or at your home.
Pilates
Strengthen your core improves your posture and flexibility with a group session or one to one.
Barre Pilates
A Pilates class with a ballet style theme. Be prepared to sweat and feel the burn with this endurance based class.
BootCamp Circuits
Increase your metabolism and improve your fitness levels in record time with this fat burning circuit class with a difference.
Pump Conditioning
A Total Body Workout using weights. Change your body shape with this weight training class, perfect for all levels of fitness.

Pilates: Tuesday at OSMA 9:30am -10:30am
Barre Pilates: Monday at William Fletcher School 5:30pm – 6:15pm
Intermediate Pilates: Wednesday at William Fletcher School 6.30pm-7.30pm
Bootcamp Circuits: Monday at William Fletcher School (outdoor class) 6.30pm-7.30pm
Pump Conditioning: Friday at OSMA 9:30am – 10:30am
